Energy-saving and consumption-reducing technology upgrade services customized for soda ash and joint-alkali production enterprises. Yellow Phosphorus Production Technology
A complete set of process technologies for producing elemental yellow phosphorus using the electric thermal method (thermal process) with raw materials including phosphate rock, coke, and silica. Yellow phosphorus is a foundational product in the phosphorus chemical industry, with downstream applications extending to glyphosate (the world's most widely used herbicide), red phosphorus, thermal phosphoric acid, phosphorus pentoxide, and other varieties. The process is sensitive to electricity costs, making it suitable for construction in regions abundant in hydroelectric resources. It can be integrated with downstream technologies mastered by the team, such as monopotassium phosphate and phosphorus pentoxide, to construct a comprehensive phosphorus chemical industry chain technical solution for the owner. Technology delivery includes the process package, design drawings, operation manuals, and training materials, with a cycle of approximately 3 to 18 months.

Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Design (A1/GC1 Qualification)

The design scope covers almost all types of pressure equipment and pressure pipelines in the chemical industry. Representative independently designed equipment includes multiple soda ash core units that have obtained national patents, such as turbine-type lime premixers, fixed ammonia distillation columns, carbonylation towers without cooling sections, steam calcination furnaces, and vacuum distillation sieve plate towers for soda ash filter mother liquor. In daily operations, we continuously undertake design tasks for various pressure vessels, including reactors, distillation columns, heat exchangers, high-pressure pump cylinder bodies, and LNG high-pressure equipment, along with the design of supporting process pipelines, stress analysis (CAESARⅡ), and flexibility calculations. Design delivery can be performed according to Chinese standards, ASME standards, or European EN standards.

Electronic Grade Sulfuric Acid Technology
Using vapor-phase sulfur trioxide as the starting material for pre-purification treatment, followed by absorption with ultra-pure water to produce electronic grade sulfuric acid. According to technical documentation, product grades can be customized based on customer requirements, covering G3 to G5 grades; however, investment differences between different grades are extremely significant. Electronic grade sulfuric acid is used in chip manufacturing for silicon wafer cleaning and photoresist removal, and is the wet chemical with the highest consumption in wafer fabs. It is recommended that project owners comprehensively evaluate the target grade based on end-user requirements and investment budget. Technical services include process scheme demonstration, process package preparation, basic and detailed engineering design, and production start-up guidance, with a cycle of approximately 6 to 12 months.
