Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Design (A1/GC1 Qualification)
Possesses A1-level (high-pressure vessel) pressure vessel design qualifications, as well as GC1, GCD, and GB1-level pressure pipeline design qualifications. The design scope covers almost all types of pressure equipment and pressure pipelines in the chemical industry. Representative independently designed equipment includes multiple soda ash core units that have obtained national patents, such as turbine-type lime premixers, fixed ammonia distillation columns, carbonylation towers without cooling sections, steam calcination furnaces, and vacuum distillation sieve plate towers for soda ash filter mother liquor. In daily operations, we continuously undertake design tasks for various pressure vessels, including reactors, distillation columns, heat exchangers, high-pressure pump cylinder bodies, and LNG high-pressure equipment, along with the design of supporting process pipelines, stress analysis (CAESARⅡ), and flexibility calculations. Design delivery can be performed according to Chinese standards, ASME standards, or European EN standards.

Environmental Protection and Comprehensive Resource Utilization, Operation, Maintenance, Inspection, and Technical Services
Addressing the pressure for environmental upgrades faced by chemical production enterprises, we provide one-stop environmental technical renovation services, including wastewater treatment system expansion and standard upgrades, organized and unorganized waste gas governance (with a focus on specialized VOCs treatment), flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system upgrades, and the improvement of solid and hazardous waste treatment facilities. We have successfully delivered over 220 environmental renovation projects. Representative projects undertaken in recent years include: new installation and retrofitting of RTO regenerative oxidizers, VOCs tail gas treatment for methanol tank farms, installation and piping of high-throughput VOCs membrane separation and recovery units, comprehensive renovation for particulate matter and VOCs control, retrofitting of loading systems for oil and gas recovery, and comprehensive utilization of acid gas. Service offerings include: HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Analysis) studies, LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis) assessments, SIL (Safety Integrity Level) classification and verification, SIS system scheme design and construction drawing design, as well as combustible and toxic gas detection system design.
