The complete service covers four stages: process package preparation (output of complete technical solution and process flow), basic engineering design (preliminary design), detailed engineering design (construction drawing design), and technical management services (including systematic training of operating personnel and on-site production guidance). The full deliverables include process package documents, process description and flow diagrams, preliminary and detailed design drawings, operation procedure manuals and training materials. Standard service cycle ranges from 4 to 18 months. For overseas markets with rich phosphate rock resources but relatively weak phosphate chemical industry foundation, this technology possesses strong adaptability and economic viability.

Offering complete production technologies for sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and food-grade ammonium chloride as extensions of the soda ash industry chain. The innovative design of the carbonation tower without a cooling section in the sodium bicarbonate production unit has been granted a patent by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (2019). Delivered projects cover sodium bicarbonate engineering with various capacity levels ranging from 30,000 to 200,000 tons per year (including scales such as 40,000 tons, 30,000 tons, 37,000-ton expansion, 50,000 tons edible grade, 100,000 tons/year Phase I, and 200,000 tons/year), as well as differentiated product projects such as 4,000 tons/year food-grade ammonium chloride, 50,000 tons/year ammonium chloride granulation, and 100,000 tons/year granular ammonium chloride. Deliverables include complete process package documents, engineering design drawings, operation manuals, and training materials, with a service cycle of approximately 3 to 18 months. This technical solution is particularly suitable for extending product lines and increasing added value based on existing soda ash production capacity.

Past performance encompasses 60 large-scale soda ash projects (based on complete project list statistics), with capacities ranging from 80,000 tons/year to 1,200,000 tons/year, including 3 overseas projects in Iran (20,000 tons/year, 20,000 tons/year, and 80,000 tons/year renovation respectively). Engineering design achievements have repeatedly won national and provincial-level Outstanding Engineering Design Awards (with total awards exceeding 40).
