In the fine chemicals field, we have established a broad range of technical reserves. We have completed over 60 fine chemicals engineering projects, covering product areas including: functional coatings and paints (water-based paint, automotive paint, anti-corrosion coatings), synthetic resins and polymers (unsaturated polyester, phenolic, epoxy, expandable polystyrene EPS), industrial dyes and organic pigments (disperse dyes, sulfur dyes), catalysts and molecular sieves (10,000-ton level comprehensive molecular sieve catalyst unit, bactericides), functional fine chemical products (phosphorus pentasulfide, propylene glycol ether, sodium/potassium xanthate), phosphorus chemical extension products (iron phosphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate), and others. Clients in past projects include internationally renowned tire manufacturers, global coatings groups, polyurethane producers, and multinational consumer goods companies. Providing comprehensive technical transformation services for operational chemical plants, with objectives focused on increasing production, reducing consumption, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance. To date, approximately 360 technical transformation projects have been delivered, covering various types such as process optimization for production increase, bottleneck equipment capacity expansion, energy-saving and consumption-reduction upgrades, safety and compliance rectification, and environmental standard compliance upgrades. Representative cases include: optimization and retrofitting of a 10,000-ton-scale coal tar hydrogenation unit; technical transformation of a 10,000-ton-scale antioxidant/alkyl phenol production line; a 40,000-ton technical transformation for electronic chemicals with SIS system support; energy-saving distillation retrofitting for a soda ash unit (awarded the Industry Excellent Engineering Design Award); and retrofits for multiple soda ash systems including filtration, calcination, carbon filtration, and distillation. Energy-saving and consumption-reducing technology upgrade services customized for soda ash and joint-alkali production enterprises. Core transformation directions include: horizontal belt vacuum filter transformation (replacing traditional vacuum drum filters with self-developed technology, which has been listed in the National Key Energy-Saving Technology Catalog), new energy-saving distillation system transformation, calcination system energy-saving optimization, carbonization and filtration system matching adjustment, distillation waste liquid treatment system upgrade, heavy ash fluidized bed drying system improvement, and mother liquor balance control optimization. Typical projects include: 150,000 t/a energy-saving distillation transformation (won industry design award), 1.2 million t/a filter system energy-saving transformation, 600,000 t/a new horizontal belt filter, 700,000 t/a vacuum belt filter technical transformation, 300,000 t/a calcination/carbon filtration system transformation, 200,000 t/a distillation system transformation, 450,000 t/a CO2 emission reduction and joint-alkali energy-saving environmental protection technical transformation. Addressing the pressure for environmental upgrades faced by chemical production enterprises, we provide one-stop environmental technical renovation services, including wastewater treatment system expansion and standard upgrades, organized and unorganized waste gas governance (with a focus on specialized VOCs treatment), flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system upgrades, and the improvement of solid and hazardous waste treatment facilities. We have successfully delivered over 220 environmental renovation projects. Representative projects undertaken in recent years include: new installation and retrofitting of RTO regenerative oxidizers, VOCs tail gas treatment for methanol tank farms, installation and piping of high-throughput VOCs membrane separation and recovery units, comprehensive renovation for particulate matter and VOCs control, retrofitting of loading systems for oil and gas recovery, and comprehensive utilization of acid gas. The company has accumulated systematic technical capabilities in carbon capture and resource utilization. The main technical routes include: CO2 capture and purification from cement kiln flue gas (CCS demonstration project), development of process package for 50,000 t/a adsorption-based CO2 capture from power plant flue gas, development of process package for 100,000 t/a CO2 hydrogenation to methanol, engineering design for boiler flue gas CO2 capture combined with nitrogen production, engineering design for new 50,000 t/a food-grade liquid CO2 project, and feasibility study preparation for 100,000 t/a food-grade liquid CO2 project. The technology covers the complete CCUS chain of capture, purification, and conversion utilization. Driven by global carbon neutrality policies, this technical direction holds significant compliance and commercial dual value for industrial enterprises.

Proficient in the two mainstream process routes: sulfuric acid production from sulfur and from pyrite. Among them, the 200,000-ton/year pyrite-to-sulfur process conversion has been certified as proprietary technology by an industry authority (China Petroleum and Chemical Engineering Design Association, 2008). In past performance, the 200,000-ton/year pyrite-to-sulfur conversion project and the 300,000-ton/year sulfuric acid project have both received provincial-level awards for excellent engineering design. Technical solutions can be flexibly configured based on the owner's sulfur resource endowment (sulfur or pyrite) and target production capacity, and can be integrated with downstream joint production projects such as phosphoric acid and phosphate fertilizers for overall technical planning. Full-process services extend from the process package to construction drawing design and commissioning guidance.

We can deploy a wide range of safety technology professionals, including safety evaluators, HAZOP facilitators, SIL assessment engineers, safety design review experts, fire protection design experts, and occupational health assessment experts. Our team includes a dedicated safety evaluation unit of approximately 30 personnel holding multiple professional qualifications such as safety evaluation, urban gas assessment, safety risk assessment, and safety auditing. We provide customized safety technical consulting services for chemical enterprises on demand, including: short-term on-site HAZOP reviews (typically 1–2 weeks), safety design reviews (aligned with basic or detailed design review milestones), guidance on safety management system construction, and safety culture training. For overseas chemical companies intending to enter the Chinese market, we also offer compliance consulting regarding Chinese safety regulations.

Customized technical retrofit solutions specifically developed for operating wet-process phosphoric acid plants, with the core objective of improving the recovery efficiency of fluosilicic acid from fluorine-containing tail gases. According to technical records, this technology is patent-protected and requires targeted development based on the specific operating conditions of each plant. The benefits of increased recovery rates include additional revenue from the sale of fluosilicic acid by-products (which can be further processed into hydrofluoric acid, potassium fluoride, etc.) and a reduction in fluorine-containing tail gas emissions. Services include the design of technical retrofit solutions and customized technology development. Deliverables consist of retrofit solution documents, construction drawings, operating guidelines, and patent authorization documents. The service period ranges from 2 to 14 months, depending on the scale of the retrofit.

Addressing the challenge of phosphogypsum storage in the phosphorus chemical industry, this technology converts phosphogypsum into two industrial products: sulfuric acid and cement, representing a circular economy process route. According to technical records, this technology offers significant economic attractiveness during periods of high international sulfur prices. Prerequisites for implementation include: first, the project site must have an adequate supply of coke; second, the sales issues arising from potential quality deviations in the co-produced cement must be considered in advance. Technical services cover the preparation of the process package, detailed engineering design, and commissioning guidance, with a cycle of approximately 3 to 12 months. This solution is recommended for phosphorus chemical industry owners facing significant pressure to dispose of phosphogypsum and having a high dependence on sulfur imports.
