The combined soda ash process co-produces soda ash and ammonium chloride, featuring high utilization rates of raw salt and zero solid waste discharge, making it one of the mainstream soda manufacturing processes in China. Decades of engineering practice have been accumulated in this technical direction, completing the design of multiple combined soda projects with capacities ranging from 450,000 to 1.2 million tons per year, covering various types such as new construction, expansion, and relocation renovation. Related projects have repeatedly won national and provincial-level awards for excellent engineering design.

Core technical highlights include optimization of the carbonation system, improvement of mother liquor circulation efficiency, and enhancement of ammonium chloride drying and granulation processes. The transfer content covers the complete process technology package, basic design, operating procedures, and personnel training, suitable for enterprises with synthetic ammonia facilities or conditions for purchasing liquid ammonia.

Holds Grade A design qualifications for petrochemical storage and transportation. A total of 384 projects have been completed in the oil and petrochemical sector, with over 200 projects related to oil, storage and transportation, and gas stations. The portfolio covers all types of storage and transportation engineering, including oil and gas separation units, large storage tanks and tank farms, port liquid cargo logistics, LPG/LNG storage and vaporization, and fueling and gas stations. Notable achievements include the design of a 12,000 cubic meter LPG tank farm expansion in the Middle East, which received both provincial and municipal Excellent Engineering Design Awards. Projects also encompass membrane separation facilities for 10-million-ton integrated refining and chemical projects, liquid chemical ports, and expansions of port area storage tank farms.

With over sixty years of deep expertise in the Solvay process for soda ash production, we have established a comprehensive process technology system covering the entire workflow from brine purification, carbonation crystallization, and filtration separation to calcination and packaging. We hold two invention patents and multiple utility model patents, along with several proprietary technologies recognized by industry associations, covering key processes such as carbonation, distillation, calcination, and filtration. Domestically, we have completed the design of numerous Solvay process soda ash projects, with single-unit design capacities ranging from 300,000 to 1,000,000 tons per year. Additionally, we have undertaken a 300,000-ton-per-year Solvay process soda ash project in the Middle East. Relevant projects have received first prizes for excellent engineering design and scientific and technological progress awards at the provincial and ministerial levels.

Deliverables for technology transfer include: a complete process package (containing material balance, heat balance, equipment list, and major equipment data sheets), basic design documents, operation manuals, and technical training. Customized technical solutions can be adjusted based on the owner's raw material conditions (rock salt, sea salt, lake salt) and product schemes.

Holding Class A design qualifications for chemical engineering, we possess the capability to independently produce design drawings across all disciplines, including process, equipment, piping, instrumentation, electrical, civil engineering, HVAC, water supply and drainage, and general layout. This system alone has completed a cumulative total of 4,030 projects, comprising 1,104 chemical engineering projects, 742 pharmaceutical and chemical projects, 499 electronic materials projects, 453 new energy projects, 423 comprehensive engineering projects, 384 petroleum and petrochemical projects, 371 environmental governance projects, and 54 process development projects. With extensive project experience in pharmaceutical engineering design, we have completed over 740 pharmaceutical and chemical projects and approximately 230 GMP-related designs. Our design scope covers active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) production facilities, pharmaceutical intermediate workshops, GMP cleanrooms (including aseptic areas and general control zones), and formulation packaging facilities. We can simultaneously deliver specialized documents for safety facilities, occupational health protection, and fire protection design. New energy materials are one of the fastest-growing business segments in recent years, with over 450 related projects delivered to date. Our design achievements for lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide plants rank among the industry leaders. Additionally, we cover the engineering design of the full range of lithium battery materials, including anode materials, electrolyte additives, cathode precursors, and polymer batteries. We have completed design work for multiple new construction and capacity expansion projects for leading domestic power battery enterprises. In the hydrogen energy sector, our scope includes hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing facilities and hydrogen refueling station piping systems. For natural gas and LNG, we provide design services for LNG vaporization stations, CNG refueling stations, and supporting pipeline networks. We offer comprehensive multi-discipline drawing outputs and support delivery with 3D modeling.

In the field of industrial environmental governance, a technical system covering wastewater, waste gas, and solid waste has been established. For wastewater, catalytic wet oxidation technology is mastered; for waste gas, activated coke flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology is mastered; for solid waste, the scope includes hazardous waste disposal and waste mineral oil regeneration (with delivered projects at scales of 35,000 tons/year and 90,000 tons/year). In the soda ash industry, three proprietary technologies for distillation waste liquid treatment are also mastered: treatment of ammonia-soda distillation waste liquid, slurry mixing of waste residue, and injection of waste residue liquid into underground solution cavities. Full-process services are available, ranging from environmental feasibility studies and scheme design to construction drawings.

Providing engineering design for electronic-grade chemical workshops, cleanrooms, and special gas station buildings for the upstream chemical manufacturing sector of the semiconductor, flat panel display, and photovoltaic industries. With engineering experience from nearly 500 electronic materials projects, the team has a deep understanding of cleanliness control for ultra-pure chemical production, corrosion-resistant material selection, special gas pipeline layout, and safety interlock system design. Project types include ultra-pure reagents/photoresist technical transformation, TMAH electrolysis equipment, integrated circuit precursor factory, high-end gas R&D center, electronic materials special gas plant renovation, and high-performance CCL R&D facilities. Can complete corresponding designs according to the owner's cleanliness requirements (ISO Class 1 to Class 8), and provide safety analysis services such as HAZOP and SIS.

Accumulated multiple process technology routes in the fields of coal chemical and C1 chemistry. Representative projects completed include: 60,000 t/a and 120,000 t/a petroleum needle coke processing unit projects, 150,000 t/a coal tar hydrogenation unit optimization and revamping, 1.4 million t/a coal tar hydrogenation unit pretreatment process package development, 5,000 t/a dimethyl carbonate industrial demonstration project from indirect preparation of urea solution and methanol (including construction drawings + feasibility study + HAZOP), 100,000 t/a CO2 hydrogenation to methanol process package development, etc. The methanol-to-olefins (MTO) pilot plant project received the Ministry of Chemical Industry Award and Provincial Excellent Design Award. This field is suitable for countries and regions with abundant coal resources and interest in developing coal-based chemicals.

Possesses comprehensive EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) general contracting capabilities spanning design, procurement, construction management, and commissioning acceptance. An internal dedicated general contracting project department is established, with a core management team of approximately 30 members, capable of flexible expansion based on project scale. Delivered EPC project types include: general contracting for a 300,000-ton/year caprolactam plant and supporting hydrogen production facilities; general contracting for large-scale steel sintering flue gas active carbon desulfurization and denitrification systems; overseas LPG tank farm expansion projects; integrated design and construction for molecular sieve catalyst plants; and general contracting for the design and construction of chemical wastewater treatment facilities. Capabilities also extend to special engineering such as seawater desalination process design. Deliverables encompass complete as-built documentation, performance assessment reports, operation and maintenance manuals, and systematic training for operators.
