The water washing-distillation technology for ammonia-containing waste gas recovery: After the ammonia-containing waste gas is filtered and pre-cooled, it enters a multi-stage countercurrent water absorption system to obtain 18% to 22% concentrated ammonia water; the ammonia water is sent to the distillation tower for heating and absorption, and the high-purity ammonia gas at the top of the tower is compressed and condensed to produce industrial liquid ammonia products; the absorption water is recycled, and the deammonization exhaust gas is treated with water after purification to meet emission standards. This technology combines waste gas treatment with product recovery, solving the ammonia emission problem and producing marketable liquid ammonia or ammonia water products, which is suitable for the treatment of ammonia-containing exhaust gas from coking, synthetic ammonia, urea, and nitric acid plants. The technology has been implemented in engineering applications and has a mature industrial operation base.
