For wastewater, catalytic wet oxidation technology is mastered; for waste gas, activated coke flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology is mastered; for solid waste, the scope includes hazardous waste disposal and waste mineral oil regeneration (with delivered projects at scales of 35,000 tons/year and 90,000 tons/year). In the soda ash industry, three proprietary technologies for distillation waste liquid treatment are also mastered: treatment of ammonia-soda distillation waste liquid, slurry mixing of waste residue, and injection of waste residue liquid into underground solution cavities. Full-process services are available, ranging from environmental feasibility studies and scheme design to construction drawings.

Possesses A1-level (high-pressure vessel) pressure vessel design qualifications, as well as GC1, GCD, and GB1-level pressure pipeline design qualifications. The design scope covers almost all types of pressure equipment and pressure pipelines in the chemical industry. Representative independently designed equipment includes multiple soda ash core units that have obtained national patents, such as turbine-type lime premixers, fixed ammonia distillation columns, carbonylation towers without cooling sections, steam calcination furnaces, and vacuum distillation sieve plate towers for soda ash filter mother liquor. In daily operations, we continuously undertake design tasks for various pressure vessels, including reactors, distillation columns, heat exchangers, high-pressure pump cylinder bodies, and LNG high-pressure equipment, along with the design of supporting process pipelines, stress analysis (CAESARⅡ), and flexibility calculations. Design delivery can be performed according to Chinese standards, ASME standards, or European EN standards.
