Process Safety Analysis and Safety Instrumented System Design is one of the team's key specialized capabilities, with over 100 SIS/HAZOP/SIL-related projects completed. Service offerings include: HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Analysis) studies, LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis) assessments, SIL (Safety Integrity Level) classification and verification, SIS system scheme design and construction drawing design, as well as combustible and toxic gas detection system design. Chemical Project EPC General Contracting
Possesses comprehensive EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) general contracting capabilities spanning design, procurement, construction management, and commissioning acceptance. An internal dedicated general contracting project department is established, with a core management team of approximately 30 members, capable of flexible expansion based on project scale. Delivered EPC project types include: general contracting for a 300,000-ton/year caprolactam plant and supporting hydrogen production facilities; general contracting for large-scale steel sintering flue gas active carbon desulfurization and denitrification systems; overseas LPG tank farm expansion projects; integrated design and construction for molecular sieve catalyst plants; and general contracting for the design and construction of chemical wastewater treatment facilities. Capabilities also extend to special engineering such as seawater desalination process design. Deliverables encompass complete as-built documentation, performance assessment reports, operation and maintenance manuals, and systematic training for operators. The standard service cycle ranges from 6 to 24 months, depending on project complexity. Proven experience in executing EPC projects in overseas markets, including Iran.
