Monopotassium Phosphate (MKP) Extraction Technology
Using wet phosphoric acid with a concentration of 26% to 40% as feedstock, high-purity monopotassium phosphate (MKP) is produced in a single step via a liquid-liquid extraction process. This simultaneously yields ammonium chloride potassium (which can be directly used as a compound fertilizer ingredient) and low-concentration raffinate phosphoric acid. The technology is patent-protected, and three industrial-scale units have already been constructed domestically (according to technical records), ensuring stable and reliable product quality. MKP is one of the fastest-growing premium varieties in the global water-soluble fertilizer market, with a terminal selling price significantly higher than that of ordinary phosphorus fertilizers. The comprehensive utilization of by-products further optimizes overall economic efficiency. A prerequisite for technology transfer is that the owner must possess a large-scale compound fertilizer production capacity to absorb the by-products. Deliverables include the process package, design drawings, operation manuals, training materials, and patent licensing documents, with a service cycle ranging from 3 to 18 months.

Possesses diversified engineering design experience in the fields of fine chemicals and new materials. Completed engineering design projects for a wide range of products, including triisobutylaluminum plants, expandable polystyrene (EPS), flame-retardant thermal insulation materials, cyclized rubber, fluorine coatings, and photosensitive dry films. Among these, the technical renovation project for the triisobutylaluminum plant won the first prize for excellent engineering design at the municipal level, and the flame-retardant polystyrene thermal insulation material received a national invention patent.
