مشاهده متن اصلیAgainst the backdrop of long-standing pain points in the traditional 30% MEA process route, such as high regeneration energy consumption, rapid degradation, and severe equipment corrosion, our team has developed a new generation of blended amine CO₂ absorbent, reducing regeneration steam consumption to 1.2 t steam/t CO₂ and regeneration heat duty to 2.4 GJ/t CO₂, approximately 40% lower than the 30% MEA solution; the chemical consumption is as low as 0.7 kg/t CO₂, which can significantly reduce operational OPEX.
The absorbent system covers multiple types of raw gases, including power plant flue gas, cement kiln gas, steel blast furnace gas, and chemical furnace gas, and can be customized for different CO₂ concentrations (4%–20%) and SOₓ/NOₓ/O₂ contents. It has been continuously supplied to the largest operating 500,000 tons/year CCUS project in China, and achieved a 98.2% ultra-high capture rate in a 400,000 tons/year project in a South Asian country (with flue gas CO₂ concentration as low as 6%), demonstrating the capability for global import substitution.
It can benchmark against and replace mainstream imported absorbents such as BASF OASE® blue, Shell ADIP-X, Fluor Econamine FG Plus, offering comparable or superior capture rate, regeneration energy consumption, and degradation rate indicators, with significant price competitiveness.
Service delivery includes: absorbent sample testing, small-scale/pilot-scale evaluation of user flue gas, customized formulation development, long-term supply contracts, operation optimization and online degradation monitoring solutions. Optimal makeup strategies can be provided according to the owner's absorption tower dimensions, tray/packing types. It is suitable for chemical selection in new CCUS units, as well as import replacement/chemical changeover in existing MEA units.
